By placing an order on Linky’s Creations4u, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. This policy applies to all orders placed through www.linkyscreations4u.biz and serves as a legally binding agreement between the customer and Linky’s Creations4u.

📍 Where We Ship

Linky’s Creations4u proudly ships:

  • Within the United States (all states + territories)

  • Internationally via UPS & USPS (shipping times and rates vary by destination)

Local pickup is available for select customers in Magnolia, New Jersey, and surrounding areas.

⏱️ Processing Time

Each product is handcrafted with precision, meaning processing times may vary.
Typical processing windows:

📌 Standard Items (Acrylic Tumblers, Wristlets, Keychains)

7–14 business days for tumblers.

2-3 business days for wristlets.

📌 Customized or High-Detail Items (Rhinestone Tumblers, Snow Globe Tumblers)

14–30 business days

📌 Digital Products

Delivered instantly via email or download link.

Processing time does NOT include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.
If there is ever a delay, you will be notified immediately.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using:

  • UPS (Domestic & International)

  • USPS (Domestic & International)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Item weight

  • Package size

  • Carrier rates

Tracking information is provided for every order once the package is scanned by the carrier.

📦 Local Pickup (Magnolia, NJ)

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, you will receive:

  • A pickup confirmation

  • The address

  • Scheduled pickup instructions

Local pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.

🔎 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is marked as “Delivered” or “In Transit,” ownership transfers to the buyer.

Linky’s Creations4u is NOT responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

These issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

However, I will always assist you with filing a claim with UPS or USPS, and provide any documentation required.

📷 Damaged Items Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify me within:

⏳ 48 hours of delivery

Please include:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging & shipping box

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, I will issue:

  • A replacement when possible, or

  • Store credit equal to the value of the damaged item

Refunds are not offered, but I will always work with you to make things right.

✏️ Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Linky’s Creations4u is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend it.
