🌟 1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted, custom-made, and made-to-order nature of my products, all sales are final.
This includes (but is not limited to):

• Custom tumblers

• Snow globe tumblers

• Rhinestone tumblers

• Silicone wristlets

• Acrylic tumblers & glass can cups

• Resin keychains or resin pieces

• Personalized items

• Digital products, templates, and eBooks

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned.

Each product is made specifically for you, which makes your item one-of-a-kind.

🌟 2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Although I take great care in packaging and quality control, issues can occasionally happen during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within:

📅 48 hours of delivery

When contacting me, please include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Clear photos of the packaging & shipping box

• A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, I will gladly send:

• A replacement (when possible), or

• Store credit equal to the value of the damaged item

No refunds will be issued, but I will always work with you to make it right.

🌟 3. Shipping-Carrier Issues

Once a package has been scanned by USPS/UPS, Linky’s Creations4u is no longer responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Mis-delivered packages

• Delivery delays

These issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
However, I am always willing to assist you in submitting a claim.

Please keep all packaging as carriers require proof of damage/loss.

🌟 4. Custom Order Accuracy

Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order, including:

• Spelling of names

• Colors or design choices

• Dates

• Photos or quotes provided

• Preferred style of tumbler, wristlet, or keychain

Linky’s Creations4u is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If I make a mistake on the customization, I will replace the item at no cost to you.

🌟 5. Handmade Item Variations

All products are created by hand, which means small variations may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

Variations may include:

• Slight differences in color tone

• Minor glitter dispersion differences

• Resin patterns or micro-bubbles

• Hand-applied vinyl or rhinestone placement

• Imperfections that occur naturally in handmade items

Every item is crafted with excellence, but will never look “factory perfect” — it will look handmade and unique, which is part of its charm and value.

All digital purchases — templates, guides, devotionals, eBooks, and downloads — are:

❌ Non-returnable
❌ Non-exchangeable

Once delivered, they cannot be revoked.
